Outcomes
At the end of the capacity building workshop the School Finance Committee (FINCOM) will be able to:
- Implement the school finance policy
- Draw a functional budget
- Recognise the value of financial sustainability
- Record all transactions according to the established and legislated procedures
- Implement SCM processes according to the policy
